Multi-Media Cabinets and Racks Warranty
Perm-A-Store, manufacturer of Turtle brand transport and storage cases, warrants its steel multi-media cabinets and racks as free of manufacturing defects for 15 years from the date of purchase. This warranty provides:
- This warranty applies only to the original end user purchaser.
- This warranty applies when the product is subject to normal use and conditions.
Remedy:
If a product is determined to be in violation of its warranty, Perm-A-Store, will, at its option (a) repair the product (b) replace the product or (c) refund the purchase price of the product. All returns to Perm-A-Store must be authorized before shipment.
Exceptions:
Perm-A-Store warranties do NOT apply to product failure resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling.
